Implementation Summaries
Accounting Plaza is a shared financial service centre with 1000+ employees in the Netherlands and Poland. Accounting Plaza provides services to companies such as Ahold, the owner of the largest supermarket chain in the Netherlands. Seeas implemented OTRS for handling customer, supplier and internal requests. Around 1000 requests/answers are handled per week by OTRS. Seeas added workflow functionality to OTRS that was not included as standard in the application. OTRS was fully integrated with existing customer service systems. Seeas provides support based on agreed service level agreements for availability and maintenance. EspritXB provides hosting, internet access (DSL and fiber) and telecommunication services to business and not-for-profit organisations in the Netherlands. Seeas has implemented OTRS for Change Management, Troubleshooting, SLA management and to support their customer/reseller portal. Gemeente Eeemsmond is the municipal authority for Eemsmond in North East Netherlands. Seeas is implementing OTRS for handling all internal service requests within the council. De Projectprofessionals are project management specialists, offering project management, web-based tools and PMO training. Seeas provides support and hosting for their web-based application "PMOrganiser". NPO (Nederlandse Publieke Omroep) is the Dutch public service broadcaster. Seeas provides mobile streaming services to the NPO allowing its radio stations to be accessed by mobile phones. Seeas transcodes their internet streams into aacPlus, which provides the best possible audio quality at lower bandwidths. Artsen zonder Grenzen is the Dutch arm of Médecins Sans Frontières, a major medical not-for-profit aid organisation. Seeas developed a bespoke e-mail solution based on Open Source software and in-house written code. The e-mail solution is used by doctors on location throughout the world. Artsen zonder Grenzen has very specific requirements, including guaranteed uptime, high data usage and spam and virus filtering.
